Linda Collins

Linda Collins is a New Zealand journalist who has worked on newspapers in Sydney and London and is now based in Singapore with her husband Malcolm McLeod. She edits political stories for The Straits Times and also used to write a monthly column in Singapore’s Sunday Times. Collins has an MA in Creative Writing from the International Institute of Modern Letters at Victoria University of Wellington. Her creative nonfiction and poetry has appeared in the institute’s literary journal Turbine, and The Freerange Journal, Swamp Living, The Fib Review, Cordite Poetry Review and The Blue Nib. In 2020 she received an International Excellence Scholarship to the University of East Anglia, UK.
